Description of Service WapBook is service where you may create your online profile, make and meet new and old friends, manage circle of friends within the site and communicate with other members of the site.

Rules of Use Make sure you do not violate the law under this. 1. You may not quarrel with the new user or old user. 2. You are not allowed to flooding or spamming in any room except Flooder of Room. 3. You are not allowed to write or obscene words in any room or forums. 4. You may upload photos to your profile, but you can't upload photos of nature obscenity. 5. You can't ask to be admin or moderator. Admin / Creator only right to give status to the user.
